D&D? not quite. "It scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity" sounds really soulsborney to me. And whaddya know...

Screenshot of the Elden Ring wiki, reading "SCIMITAR | ELDEN RING WIKI Scimitar is a Curved Sword in Elden Ring. The Scimitar scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity is a good Weapon for Melee-Based Strength and Dexterity characters."ALT

I found this on the Elden Ring wiki page for Scimitar. Close, but not exactly it. Where did it get the bits about high-dexterity characters and slashing while spinning? Well, you see, the first sentence of the AI article states that another name for the scimitar is shamshir, which happens to be a different weapon in Elden Ring

Screenshot of the Elden Ring wiki reading "SHAMSHIR | ELDEN RING WIKI Shamshir is a Curved Sword in Elden Ring. The Shamshir scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity and is a good Weapon for high dexterity characters who can excel at slashing attacks while spinning."ALT

Boom, there you have it. The exact same text, copied directly from the Elden Ring Wiki. Down to the weird capitalization of the W in "Weapon".
